Guil  Rivera  - President

A holder of Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce major in Management, he has extensive knowledge in the fields of investment, securities operations and e-commerce particularly in payment processing.

Currently, Vice President for Marketing of Canadian Pacific Global Pharmaceutical Inc., Vice President Business Development for Asia of Intrinsic Venture Corp, Vice President of Sinocom , Marketing Consultant of Ascendant Technologies, Inc., and President of PharmaCanada, Inc.

From 1977 to 1987, Mr. Rivera established trading operations involving commodity futures and currency trading in the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong.  In 1987, he co-founded Equiti-World Stockbrokers, Inc. and assumed the position as Director/Corporate Comptroller. and in 1989, he established Supreme Stockbrokers Inc., as President and COO both companies are still active members of the Makati stock Exchange. In 2005 he established land based and online remittance operations of Paystone Technologies Inc. and Banco De Oro (Philippines) in Canada. Recently established the first Quantitative Cytology Technology in the Philippines in partnership with PMI Lab of Vancouver, Canada.


Jack Tang - Vice President, Product Development and Management

Jack Tang has over 15 years of experience in project management and product development in technology sector. He has managed several companies over the past decade, successfully launching a long list of cutting edge products and services.

As Project Manager for Infinet Communications Group Inc., Jack launched one of the first internet service providers in Vancouver, BC in 1997 and created one of the largest independent reseller networks in Vancouver's computer retail market. By forging successful partnerships with some of the nation's largest CLEC carriers including Telus, Bell, AT&T and Level 3, Jack successfully rolled out a myriad of first-to-market products and services for web hosting, domain registration, e-commerce and voice-over-IP . Three years later at the peak of the dot com boom, Jack helped Infinet launch, one of the government's first certified .CA domain registrar in Canada.

Jack's experience is not only limited to the internet services industry as he forayed into online gaming in 2002 by joining Nextterra Corp., one of the industry's pioneers. As Project Manager, Jack oversaw the development of, the Internet's first turnkey online gaming solution that allowed web entrepreneurs to start up their own micro gaming sites. In 2008, Jack moved on to yet another explosive area of technology, this time joining Mainstream Dollars in the online advertising industry. As Project Manager, Jack once again brought his innovative skills to the forefront by developing the industry's first contextual advertising platform that intelligently targets online ads using sophisticated human behavioral and search logic technology.

In all, Jack is a proven leader who brings a wealth of experience from the technology sector.


Dennis Newel - Chief Innovation Officer

Dennis Newel is an IT professional with over 15 years of diverse IT and Internet experience. His knowledge stems from his master’s degree in Business Administration and Computer Science as well as a wide range of different jobs and assignments. He is focused on bridging business and technology to deliver value through the use of IT and has worked with clients on all levels within various organizations.

As a Product Manager and Business Analyst he has experience with strategic impact and use of IT, a broad grasp of e-commerce, software development life cycle (SDLC), personas and scenarios, use cases/user stories and mock-ups/prototyping, gap/fit analysis, requirements gathering and analysis, data process modeling, agile development/scrum experience (product owner & scrum master) and testing process and test cases.


Richard Tang- Vice President, Information Technology

Richard Tang is a seasoned software architect and owns Tango Software Corp.  He has programming expertise for digital security, Internet Payment Processing, and industrial automation. Richard has consulted for large fortune 500 companies to produce well-known and widely-used applications. His Company is headquartered in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. It is a trusted company of sensitive information, and provide software and hardware solutions for e-commerce and bank credit card processing, reconciliation, and clearing. Richard coordinates and develops on how to develop 24/7 systems, encryption algorithms, never fail software solutions for e-commerce, online websites, and also mechanical automation equipment.


Greg Formoso - Vice President, Asian Operations

Greg is currently a Director and Vice President for operations at Sherpa Global Supply Chain Solutions Center, Inc., a consultancy and learning center specializing in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, he helped set up in 2009.

From 2006 to 2010, he was President and COO of Asialink Business Process Outsourcing, Inc., a provider of outsourced payroll services to companies in the Philippines.

Prior to these, Greg developed a career in logistics and supply chain management, occupying various management positions over a span of 23 years in different areas of San Miguel Corporation, a food, beverage and packaging materials conglomerate based in the Philippines.

Greg took up Industrial Management Engineering at the De La Salle University.




Samantha Rivera Dinglasan  - Technology Business Analyst

Goal oriented, dedicated and caring leader with more than 10 years experience in the high tech industry, spanning software solutions in aerospace, mission planning, medical and e-commerce industries. She currently consults on e-commerce technologies and strategies taking small to medium businesses online, and is also a Senior Business Analyst at a software provider of retail management solutions for the North American wireless industry.

Alan Hu - Online Payment

Alan Hu has over 15 years`experience in many aspects of computer systems, network infrastructure, and in particular, the design and implementation of financial transaction systems.

Mr. Hu is VP of IT at Geoswift, which provides international payment and settlement solutions. He is responsible for the design and development of highly available and secure payment systems and the day-to-day management of IT infrastructure and operations. Prior to Geoswift, Alan was the Chief Architect who planned and developed electronic payment systems at Paystone Technologies.

Mr. Hu holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from the University of Oregon.


Rene Rey Beray - Special Projects

A Certified Public Accountant with over 18 years of progressively responsible experience planning and directing finance and accounting, audit, customer service and operations in the transportation and logistics industry in both domestic and international markets. Rene also has extensive experience delivering special projects in finance and IT.

Bob Formoso - Public Relations

Graduate of Ateneo, Baguio Military Institute and Associates in Arts University od the East. Landscape Designer, Art Director & Public Relations. Bob was formerly the account coordinator and PR with Ace Compton Advertising and Art Director with Hemisphere Pictures/Roger Coleman UAP. Currently partner with GP Formoso & Partners Architects Inc.
